I never trusted Clayton Morris just because he seems to treat his wife like garbage when they are on the podcast together.

Lawnmower, hoses, yard tools, ladders, paint supplies, power tools, extension cords, garbage cans, .....  

But be aware if you will put those semi, your yard would become very messy after short time ( huge rows after rain, high sound running engines, urine, garbage.

There are 2 types of contractors in Detroit - Local guys that do garbage work and will ultimately screw you in the end or suburb guys that won't risk working in the city unless they charge you 3x the price.  

Sounds like he bought the cheapest garbage in D Class areas he could find and ended up not getting killed on it.
