Since finding these resources the idea of starting investing sooner has me really excited.A little about me, I've been trying to nail down what I want to do for a 9-5, I started school in Architecture, switched to Civil Engineering, then Construction Management/Architectural Engineering, and then Computer Science/Programming.

From what I’ve observed (I’ve never actually wholesaled or attempted to btw, it doesn’t add up to me) you can learn a decent amount of things that may benefit you if you continue to pursue a professional life in real estate beyond wholesaling. 2.Its the shiny object that seems to spark interest.Real estate is a fascinating, diverse industry full of challenge and opportunity for those who earn it.

For those that don't recall their social science stat class from college, "statistical significance" is used to distinguish a correlation that could be random chance (I can roll fair dice twice, and get snake eyes twice in a row, due to dumb luck) from one that is (in this case >99.9% certain) not dumb luck (eg, snake eyes 100 times in a row probably means loaded dice).Violent crime rate in census tract.Owner occupied housing units.

People who understand science and tech will be in high demand for the foreseeable future.On the flip side, while you are doing your flipping gig, pick up certifications like PMP, which are in high demand and will keep food on your table if the flipping thing doesn't do well for a few years.
