I guess the SS front is more important than it being fancy/huge!

Instead of saving for a future, a lot of the younger generation would rather boast their Benz, nights out at the club, and fancy meals on social media. 

I am planning to take out an equity loan to fix it up just to be livable nothing fancy (the area isnt a granite countertop stainless steel type of place), Very excited and nervous and hoping all goes well. 

Started out poor, in a poor neighborhood, made quite a bit of money - didn't fancy moving away from my friends and favorite cafes long after I could afford to do so.

I usually leave a fancy knife set that rests in a block of wood. 

Anyone dress up?

We got the cork backed fancy NuCore with 6-mil top layer (waterproof and lifetime warranty for residential and 15 year for commercial) for $2.89/square ft -- that just needs a moisture underlayment @$.11/ square ft over a concrete subfloor and doesn't need anything over tile or any other kind of subfloor. 

I just googled $8000 shed, and at that price level, sheds are some fancy chit!

I had a thread that time pointing out that dressing in a dress shirt and pants didn't help either. they thought i dont do much else but sign checks and walk around the job site. so why not give me a crazy quote?

That's the important part, not a fancy spreadsheet.
