Hey Matt, This is totally my opinion and I express this often to new wholesalers at meetups in both Omaha and Memphis. 

@Tom Rutkowski set up a high cash value indexed universal life insurance policy for me for the express purpose of real estate investing.

Kevin, an EA may be an excellent alternative, as many have expressed in earlier posts in this discussion.

I have this good lead from out of town and a few investors expressed interest in the property.

The female has expressed that the place now does not meet her requirements, and in fact called the building inspector because she believes it is not in livable condition.

The good news is that you get to choose what you want to do regardless of the opinions expressed by other people.I am looking forward to hearing the good news about your new investment.  

Once my wife's parents expressed their doubt, we believe the fear tactics started.

You know, I hadnt ever thought about asking my inspector if he could do an express version, ie just look at the main things, electrical, plumbing, roof, foundation, AC, water heater, skip the overall report, and just give me a verbal  and maybe knock a few bucks off of his services.I might ask. 

They’ve expressed interest in leaving in August, rendering it untenentable for a year (probably) if it’s Aug 30.
