Zillow has the advantage of being integrated from interest to screening to collecting rental and applicants can pay once for their credit check and share it with landlords for 30 days.I intentionally don't use any model where a tenant can pay partial payments and don't like sharing my bank account or getting more info than I need from the tenants relating to their source of payment.
