This is why lot's of people don't pull permits for work that is "gray area" as to whether you need them or not.

Then, to ensure you are not potentially walking in the gray area of hiding from the lender that the transaction has been done (some loan docs say that the borrow must notify the lender if the title transfers), send a letter to the address on record on the Deed of Trust or Mortgage (depending on the state) that title has transferred and keep a record of this.

@Phillip Thompson If a person is going thru a divorce an you are to fine out who that person is from the court public record you will need to know their first and last name.

@Jordan Thompson  I live in Nashville and visit the smokies throught the year.

But that's a rental and I just felt it was too trendy and in 5 years I'd be the guy trying to rent the outdated gray gloss kitchen.
