Its just wild what kind of stories come from situations.

But I've never once tried to sell them on the idea because our goals and financial situations are all so wildly different. 

The price of colleges vary wildly but the piece of paper for the most part is the same. 

Even better way is to calculate an exact dollar amount that you should be saving each month, rather than using wildly inaccurate percentages.

And before, you were all gung-ho on BP, wildly arrogant in your ignorance, just like now, telling how 100% for sure housing was going to collapse because of covid and the moratoriums, how it was all gonna come tumbling down....

@Bill Plymouth I don’t have any animosity towards wholesalers, and I don’t think what they are doing is illegal as long as they have a legitimate equitable interest in the property.Speaking for myself, the issue I have is that they are generally wildly overpriced, completely underestimate repairs, and use inflated ARVs and bad comps.

Maybe it's a wild west thing and others just can't relate.

Not to get wildly off topic...but there are a lot of other areas to escape CA then Texas.
