@Bill Plymouth I don’t have any animosity towards wholesalers, and I don’t think what they are doing is illegal as long as they have a legitimate equitable interest in the property.Speaking for myself, the issue I have is that they are generally wildly overpriced, completely underestimate repairs, and use inflated ARVs and bad comps.
