Is there a easy way or tool to use that I can trim the places that are to tight without having to take the floor apart?

It's hard because sometimes  a paint job requires tons of extra spackling / mudding, other times none, sometimes it's same color so 1 coat, sometimes no trim, or one coat. 

I do my own trim, and siding.

Don't lift them 6 feet in the air and put chrome monster truck wheels on them, and even the top trim level ones blend in pretty well.But my "uniform" when I'm at home is cargo shorts, an old t-shirt, flip flops and a dingy ball cap.When I'm doing business, i.e. looking at properties, attending inspections, etc, I arrive in the F-150 wearing khaki work pants, a collared shirt, and boots.

Account Closed, I trimmed a bunch of trees and under brush and made 2 parking spots and spread some gravel on the driveway. 

Next up is trim and maple engineered hardwood installation.

Well, that's certainly one perspective.Here's another: We work damn hard to set up relationships with our vendors for just about everything (Cabinetry, lumber, trim, finish parts)... we make good margin off those relationships.

Any gaps around the window should be filled with insulation and covered with a small piece of wood trim to complete the installation. 

I’m thinking of things like mowing the lawn, weeding the gardens, trimming the hedges and the like.

Everything is brand new expect the foundation, walls, trim, windows and the hardwoods.
