As you grow you can alter that change it, and do a multiple additional methods from entities, to trust, and if you have a significant amount of assets you should also meet with a lawyer that can help you in case of death with your assets. 

The attorney might only reviewing and altering a template, or they could be creating the Lease Agreement from the start.

This is the MOST SIMPLEST, basic way to start, not necessairly the the most thorough or complete.But again, you need to make sure you operate the LLC as a separate entity from yourself and don't use it as your alter-ego.
