I have one of these kwikset smart locks but didn’t install it and don’t have the original tool for the tiny hole. 

You still see a tiny percentage from wholesalers that come close. 

If you think they're going to drop everything else and save your property when your tenant completely destroys your house just for a tiny monthly fee and a modest tenant placement fee, you're dreaming.If you insist on moving forward, I'd highly recommend just buying lottery tickets instead. 

Buy an SFR that has a backyard.... and put a Tiny House on it.

Or what about a modular/ tiny house route?  

I did speak to a mortgage broker but she said it will be hard, I didn’t understand why she said that because he has no properties under his credit and I’m legit trying to start a family and my house is way to tiny for that right now.

And lastly, you are a tiny little piece of their business- when your property is vacant you are losing 300 bucks or whatever a month (double that if you are leveraged) and they are losing 30 bucks. 

Each unit is very small with no room in btwn rooms besides a tiny hallway so that could very well work.
