My complaint, and most of the Tea Party complaints, have to do with how the government spends the money.

That's a mixed bag and nobody can predict the answer.

I bought a old (1986 G20) construction cargo van for 1600 and then paid my mechanic 700 to do some maintenance and updating (steering linkage, tune-up, air bags on rear).

GL will try and find any loophole they can to not actually pay out on a claim (e.g. owner's negligence); leaving you holding the bag.

So after calling 15+ contractors, over half not showing up to even give me a quote, the half that did show up only 2 gave me quotes, the one I hired ended up being a **** bag and I let him go.I got so sick of trying to throw my money at someone to do this that I spent $700, bought all the tools I needed, and did the work myself.

Well, the seller is a low-life scum bag and had no intention of doing this.

Now, large PM companies are a mixed bag with respect to whether they will have records that far back.

I don’t mean to bag on my hometown, it’s just my only first hand case study of cash flow vs. appreciation.

I usually invest in a contrarian fashion, so obviously not everyone's cup of tea.
