I agree with the dodge caravan. stow and go seats are fantastic and mine is packed full of tools...great on gas and enjoyable to drive..used and own free and clear of course!

its always a good time to buy if the numbers make sense. but i am a buy and hold player. watch the pack and then go the other way. everyone is scared no one wants to buy so buy. i just closed on a 4 unit in march. im exited even if i just break even for the next few years the tenants are still paying down my mortgage. i also look at this as a way to learn, jump in feel the pain and get experience.
