I agree with the dodge caravan. stow and go seats are fantastic and mine is packed full of tools...great on gas and enjoyable to drive..used and own free and clear of course!

One big problem for Google is that you pack a ton of top performers into the same team.... and some have an identity crisis or get burnt out (because they are now average, no longer a top performer).

I don't think lottery is waste of money as people pay $6 a beer at a bar and can get a 6 pack for $8 lol.

Between the hotter temps and thus less snow pack as well as increased population and use, the water supplies to CA, NV, AZ are being reduced and CA has already been having water shortages and they are limiting it.

You pack up and literally go around the corner and wait until they have cleaned up all the garbage and sanitized the area and then you move back.

As A much younger man I even tried to help rehabilitate some of these people by offering them simple warehouse jobs sweeping-packing, picking etc.

That said, exactly nothing wrong with a $25 Mr Coffee, a pack of liners, and a tin of Folgers.

Singapore has a highly concentrated pop'n of about 6 million not to mention HK with 7-8 million packed in like sardines.

its always a good time to buy if the numbers make sense. but i am a buy and hold player. watch the pack and then go the other way. everyone is scared no one wants to buy so buy. i just closed on a 4 unit in march. im exited even if i just break even for the next few years the tenants are still paying down my mortgage. i also look at this as a way to learn, jump in feel the pain and get experience. 

The only real winners in the great recession were the hedge funds who bought houses in packs of 1,000 from Fannie Mae.
