I am also thinking about writing an article on my blog I have a few ideas floating around I want to share. 

I guess the volume and frequency of the "you must live an exceptionally modest lifestyle" message has surprised me and I'm curious if you have tips for how to accomplish the spirit of what they're saying without drifting into self-deprivation. 

Whatever floats your boat and you can afford.

From a financial perspective when you consider the cost of eviction, turnover and vacancy in normal times compared to floating someone you know to be a good tenant for a while while the world loses its mind it's hard to say how you come out ahead.

And now this...I'll just have to become a branch of the government and float my tenants rents...nobody even know how long this will last... 

I understand that it might be aggravating in the short term, and might need to float some mortgage payments.

However, about half the time when I do this, the website goes into some kind of loop where it loads a ton of content, like the page=3 parameter in the URL will start incrementing like crazy.When using the website in mobile, sometimes the top bar gets detached and floats into the content.

Lending works when people are not overly indebted; general trends are drifting toward over indebtedness.

I'd put a floating laminate, or even better, vinyl tiles over the top when you move out.
