The townhome is within part of an area that is going to be built out into a large walkable mixed use space which will be a mix of retail/commercial and entertainment called the northline, along with a pond and walking trail built behind it.

Landon, you've brought some appreciable Whitt to this post.While OKC does epitomize cheap in every way (from home values in some pockets of town to the mindset of every. single. person walking around without an Oil job), I agree with you that it's a pretty solid place to invest.It's entertaining to me how number 4 seems to be a causal factor in #1,2, 5, and possibly #10, too.#1 is a causal factor in #7 and #9.

Like Charles mentioned, most private and conventional lenders will not do second position liens, but you may be able to find a private lender who will entertain the idea.

My town has 2200 people and has 4 restaurants, a little store, two gas stations, some shops, 2 golf courses, a summer theater that has movies and sometimes live entertainment and plenty of backroads where you can buy 5-10 acre parcels you’d rarely see other people and could build a cabin and have solar.

When you start looking at large plots like 10 acres, you end up being farther away from skiing, shopping, entertainment etc.So I would start near the ski areas and work your way out.
