Hey BP Community - I am new to note investing and I'm looking to start sourcing Asset Managers and Hedge Fund Managers in order to start getting tapes on available notes to purchase. 

Tape measure, then a pen, paper and architects scale.

Garage doors are rough, asphalt, fencing etc. needs work but the grounds are neat and well kept and it's a has decent curb appeal.

So if you have a commitment to do SOME real estate-related work in Texas, AND the “perks” of a license will cut through some tape or expedite things for you, go right ahead!

The last tape of NPN's I bid on with assets in TX, the seller countered back with prices higher than Total Payoff and in one case higher than both UPB and BPO!
