Get a moving van move out there and self manage. ( again managers maintenance all stealing her blind) well that took 5 years to change it over stabilize and then with the utter exuberance of buying MF she was able to exit and come back home and did not get her clocked cleaned .. if she would have stayed a absentee that would have been a total loss.. she bought a little 18 unit in Portland a condo in Maui and all is good with the world..
