There is still an ordinance that you can only advertise that a VR can sleep up to 10 people unless you have an integrated sprinkler system.

And looking at screening extra, they partner and integrate a third party software and link it to thei software. 

Don't get me wrong it is great for smaller landlords with single family and small multifamily but, there short-term rental integration along with their new banking system that is now attached needs some improvement.

It costs way less than others and has almost all the same integrations and automations availible for you. 

Why all the all-in integrated TK model?

You have to be integrated with a PMS and be actively collecting the data  

This also now integrates with REIHub for streamlined accounting but I have yet to try that out.  

My List:- Auto Generated Smart Lock Codes (built-in integration through channel manager) - Set Smart Thermostat to Home Setting 1 Hour Before Guest Check-In (custom automation I created using home automation hub, channel manager, and digital automation platform)- Set Smart Thermostat to Away Setting @ Check-Out Time (another custom automation)- Whenever someone books/cancels, that information is automatically ingested into my database. 

We do this via an integration with Ownerrez, it's a lower priced PMS solution.
