Community colleges for the win here.On the other end of the spectrum, invest much less than $10k to become a licensed agent, appraiser, inspector, loan officer/underwriter, trades person, and you'll easily make 3x, 4x, 5x, and higher in yr 1.Circling back to Stocks, Real-Estate, and other investment choices, good luck making 2-5x and higher returns with such low risk as self-investing intelligently.
