If they dont want business mail they can elect to ask the Post Office to stop delivering Standard stamped mail.

When you get a letter in the mail and it is hand addressed you wonder who it is from and open it.Setting up mail merge, printing the letters, stuffing and sealing the envelopes, hand writing the envelopes and then stamping them is VERY time consuming.

The potential deal is worth the price of a stamp in my opinion.

If so get the persons info so you can call the lender or prior seller who is receiving payments.Once you have the owners name and mailing address mail them anything using a first class stamp.
