I also have to remit use tax on items I buy for the properties to have shipped to my home, and temporarily store in Denver (this usually happens on internet orders for items used/consumed in Fort Morgan - Denver doesn't have a temporary storage exemption).With relation to creating a holding company - again, talk to a CPA and Attorney to get the best answer for you....and whether or not it will matter.

@Shawn Mohovich: In all our offers where we expect to assume a tenanted property we include a clause that docks 3-months rent for each vacant unit from the price at close.
