Hi BP, I need a little help with the incorporation process. 

I own in New Jersey but I live out of the state, I read it is advantageous to get incorporated in Vegas, and Wyoming.

I will incorporate those in to my screenings from now on.

I worked for a major commercial real estate brokerage for three years, specifically in corporate site selection consulting, and have now been working in Economic Development for the City of Mesa for about two years.I would say working in Site Selection and Economic Development has taught me a great deal about some unique facets of commercial/industrial real estate, but I'm here because I'd like to learn all I can about other aspects of real estate.

Turnkey provides us with a really great product, cash flow, and is able to be incorporated into a busy schedule.  

I would like to incorporate and am based in Los Angeles.

In my case I was talking to a friend of my girlfriend's and she offered to share some of her rental forms with me and I took some of those ideas and incorporated them into my own forms, I think this is more realistic and representitive of a mentor relationship.

We are looking to learn more about incorporating and taxes this time and do this right from the beginning!! 

I plan on taking this info and incorporating it into my marketing campaign to find the best deals for the folks that are already doing business in my area. 

I think incorporating them all in your strategy would give the best results.
