The average landlord can't float that, they don't have the number of units needed to be able to step around the PM game with economy of scale, so they choose to self manage as the time cost ROI is worth it for them.

If you don't get the rent on time that means you have to float their payment with your money. 2.

@Scott Krone yes I am surprised at people keep floating this idea that self storage is business and labor-intensive when it is probably farthest from truth! 

This re market has been trading like a low float (low supply) momentum stock and the company is about to do a big offering and dilute the heck out of it.

I could float those payments longer while waiting for cash to come in.  

What kind of flooring did you use and did you float it on the tile to save on demo costs?
