Mentorship is very important to me, and I would not spend a single dime in one facet of the real estate industry until I have that recommended/required education from mentorship.

Substituting a Trustee is usually on your dime but is rather simple and usually done by the attorney you may appoint free of charge except for any filing fee required. 

Also they don't nickel and dime you with everything.

My agent told me this bank does  not give a dime for relocation.

It you are cashing out a dime for 2 nickels you will still be in the same boat.
