IMO I would return the deposit after a walk thru - as for documentation, as for something from her health care provider. 

It's always cheapest to provide housing and preventative medical care than what we see now everyone showing up at the ER with over-priced healthcare being billed to the State.

We talked to a financial aid counselor at WSU and she told us 85% of the students whose loans are paid by parents drop out.

The guest usually figures out they are being watched which I think aides in them getting out without a problem as well.I don't tolerate this anymore.
