I assume the police would be called and I'd be removed that day. 

You could call the police and have her arrested. 

The police have been called to the property at least twice due to domestic disturbances.

There are a lot of people needing MTR’s, even in the traveling occupation space: medical, police & law enforcement, sales reps, consultants, etc.I think it’s geographically dependent as well.

Municipalities have now instituted fines (up to $2500) for police visits, not imposed on the guests, but the owners. 

Post appropriate signage; implement a system for violations that would incur fines; give proper notice to Tenants of the new  improvements; review recorded imagery to identify the culprits...either fine them if they are your Tenants, or file a police report if they are neighbors...with a color screen grab proving it.Having cameras in other areas give you eyes 24/7/365 and will pay for themselves if you follow through and use them regularly.

I was about to buy a building in one town like that, backed out last min, but the town did not even have a police force, they used to rely on State police but just recently hired a neighboring town to patrol it or be available.

He also asked us to send letters to the police complaining about criminal activities with the tenant.

Other than that, "the title police" are only an urban legend.
