IMO, volume is no substitute for quality, ergo the old Haste Makes Waste.It great to have goals and better if you actually create action plans and IMPLEMENT them, but learn from every deal, optimize each step and you'll get consistently better deals with more profits.

That being said, the more experienced an investor becomes they either focus on doing more volume and they appreciate the work that a wholesaler does because they don't have time OR they venture into their own marketing, trying to get directly to the seller so they can optimize each deal they do.
