It's practically impossible to install a grab bar in this bathroom without a complete remodel, but a handicapped toilet should just barely fit.Of course, it's hard to know during a rehab that one property might attract obese tenants, so pre-installing a toilet just for that reason doesn't make a lot of sense unless the property is near a diet facility.

I just learned how to navigate the State of Indiana, trial and appellate court case system.

A lot of it is trial and error, sometimes a location that you don't expect to perform well can surprise you.  

I did the same about two years ago and since then went thru many trials and tribulations to get this thing up and running to where I am right now (2 flops and 3 flips :-) I'm wrapping up my 5th flip and actively searching for my next project.

We typically offer a trial loan mod (or forbearance) and show them that their payment is less than the rent for their location.

If anyone has any advice for a new wholesaler, please do not hesitate to shoot it my way, I want to learn as much as I can outside of trial and error!
