I had this battle with them before when they came in short on an appraisal of mine.But you trade that for lots of other perks they offer:only a soft credit pull that needs to be 660.you have to show exactly 0 bank reserves (this is crazy, only lender out there who operates like this)Not much in terms of documentation.

I could see the damage this was beginning to cause, so we discussed it with the tenants, and agreed on a solution, which was they did not have to take it down, we scheduled a day to return, and wrapped/attached a single piece of thick soft plastic around the rack so that splashed water just runs back into the sink.

Not good for the economy but if you are a politician there is nothing easier than taxing people you don't like so you can give money to people you do like.The other thing that hit my radar this week is talk of the Fed engineering a "Soft Landing".
