@Rylan Macallister @Brad Carrier there's a huge shortage on housing right now.

I was doing airbnb'ing on a couple of places in 78704 but now I see that there is an extreme shortage of housing on the market currently so I am selling.

Shortage on material isn't very promising and may increase carrying costs because of the waiting for things to come in. 

That's a lender estimate based upon credit reporting which does not factor in recent payments, outstanding fees, escrow balances (or shortages), etc. 

Also, as someone else already noted, it is really tough to get crews and manage them right now with the labor shortage and people not wanting to work.

If the projected balance falls below that you have a shortage; I never pay that in full on demand - I let the new monthly payment go higher to cover the shortage.That's really how simple it is.

He's just hoping for more balance.My two cents...There is a HUGE shortage of inventory.

I don't like missing an extra month of rent, but I also know that delays can occur, particularly in today's supply shortage environment, and I don't want to be the landlord that causes someone to give a notice to vacate only to not have a kitchen ready.  

This will certainly cure California’s housing shortage, reduce the supply, that has to help, right?

We have a housing shortage which makes it a competitive market but once you secure a few small multi family properties you will have no shortage for tenants that will be eager to rent your units.
