I had a 8 plex that I loaned on up in Tacoma.. its was a great property when I made the loan.. the borrower got into drugs let a bunch of crack people into the property  defaulted.. its was a nightmare..But it was 8 units in Tacoma...

They usually are drunk and irresponsible or on drugs that take all their money.

No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no drama, no exceptions...Also, in California HUD requires 2 people per room plus 1.

There then was not any update in that regard. the only interesting thing is my neighbor told me that the lady used drug before....

@Michael Bowie I'm on call 8am to 6pm M-F and 10-2 Sat at a medical clinic to do pre-employment drug screens, most are people going to work at the refinery. 

I would think they would be happy to assist in breaking up drug ring. 

Only thing missing in the photo are drugs....but maybe they are inside the yellow bag in the background. 

There is one site that I frequent that has spam all the time not just solicitations but porn spam,viagra and other drug spam and crap like that.

Lots of drugs in the area. 54 is the best area like trinity/New Port Richey. 1 good tip about property management from the podcast is giving gifts when they arrive to the property and leave.
