Deal makers, operators, facilitators, wheeler dealers, not really investors. :) You brought it on yourselves following the gurus and cousins of gurus, the mentors and coaches praying on the newbies who end up doing things similar to the suggested violations of what society expects. :)The perception of wrong doing is broard and deep, And, for good reason, IMO.

No denying this investor gets the best deals at the end of the day if they have any clue as to what they are doing.Then you have the Out of area investor.. which includes the MIllions of CA. investors who are market makers. ( IE take the CA investor out of any cash flow market and you would lose a big % of your sales).. this investor is what created turn key in the first place.
