Bandit signs - think of the name itself - will get you a local citation for littering and whole new crop of scam callers. 

All of this is pretty confusing and I do not know if I am missing something or he is just trying to scam me for more money/stay longer.  

The posting sort of looked like a scam until I checked it out.

Thanks for the advice @Patricia Franciulli Yes, I have done a 1031 Exchange many years ago through Southwest Exchange, I believe they were the company that got busted for scamming their clients, luckily I wasn't one of them as I did business with them a few years before all that happened. $20K and rents for $950, do tell?

At the same time, I got a real email from FL Realtors saying it's a well though scam.  

You might also consider joining a local or national real estate syndication group (though be careful to make sure its reputable, since there are a lot of scams out there).

I tend to think most mold remediation companies are scam artists for the work they actually do.

Smells like a scam all the way.
