I have always been a Windows user and actually worked for MSFT for 5 years but my latest work laptop is a Macbook Pro (first one) and I like it about the same as my last Windows laptop (except I know fewer of the shortcuts so far.)

Section 8 and low-income tend to have less financially to lose, tend to have less nice things they want to try to take care of, tend to be not clean the house as often (if you were living in a cheap dump in the dangerous projects with no job and little money, would you clean your house every week?

When I bought it I had fewer than 10 rentals, now I have more than 40 so it makes one that's 30 minutes away from any of the other rentals a pain to deal with.
