The "realtor" repping those Zillow properties in the Twin Cities is so systemized I don't think they would ever entertain (or even really have a mechanism to communicate) an offer with a cut in buyers side agent commission for a higher Zillow net.

This increase comes from the perceived value added by aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces, which are becoming increasingly important to renters and buyers alike.Tenants are willing to pay more for properties that offer them an enhanced lifestyle, including beautiful outdoor spaces where they can relax and entertain.

Pulling stunts like this means other people in business won't even entertain a conversation with you because of it..... 

I just watched it for entertainment purposes strictly.. at least I thought.   

We all used to question his choice of cars, houses, food, entertainment, etc. and now he has the last laugh. 

You are also making a choice to evict a tenant, who isn't that far behind in the scope of things and fire a PM over actions that have yet to happen with no regard to its impact on your bottom line or even entertain the thought that it could have been avoided if you had aced differently.
