We have a pretty diverse mix (SFRs, duplexes, a triplex, a multi, and a condo) so I can provide a pretty good estimate.

KC has a growing population with a modern, diverse economy, I would encourage you to look at the economic and demographic trends of both markets in addition to short term cash flow.
