You can message me for a sample contract I've used before, but I highly recommend you have an attorney draft one up or at least review it to make sure it is suitable for your deal. 

You're right, no companies ever offer free trials/samples of their product, real estate agents don't offer a free market analysis, financial advisors don't offer free initial consultations ...

I give them my email, phone, eye color, birthdate, blood type, DNA sample, and still no response.Is it me or is this feature just not working???

I will probably end up paying an attorney to do this (which I know will be recommended by everyone), but I'd like to take a look at some samples to get to know the terminology, language, etc. - and if I would be able to edit one for smaller mom & pop type tenants, maybe save some legal money!

So you may also want to test for LBP on siding paint and trim paint in addition to your asbestos sample test.

This will also help you determine bottlenecks, dependancies and tasks that can overlap.The BiggerPockets book on flipping houses has an entire chapter devoted to this topic, with a sample schedule for a typical large rehab.

There are places in that book that he will give sample numbers I believe.

Also, can I get a sample of your option contract?
