As it gets more expensive, perhaps that will limit the number of grads and make the degree even more valuable.On the flip side, it's a huge waste of money to send a child who isn't motivated-- and we sure see a lot of them around here: they go to college so Daddy will support them for a couple of years while they snowboard.I can't see much reason to finance college.

1) The allowable amount of the tax credit is based upon the sales price - it is 10% of the sales price to a max. of $8,000. 2) A land contract, or contract for deed as it's called in my state, is an allowable transaction...I've gotten five checks for my buyers from houses I've sold in the last year or so. 3) Make certain your buyer doesn't owe money to the IRS or they owe money to state for something like child support.

Told my agent what id go to, he put in a bid 2 hours later and a 1k price jump ($2,000 cheaper than I was willing to go) signing on the dotted line.I'm on my phone so bear with me if some things don't look oh so pretty.Purchase price 33k+closing (closing costs are the only unknown so far)25%down down 8250Can't remember off the top of my head what mortgage payments would be but it's sub $200$60/month for insurance (high)House was rehabbed 3 years ago, roof/hvac/hot water$0 for rehab$45/month for yard work2 year tenant paying at $675/month wants to stay does not want anything upgraded or changed or anything of the sort, when asked she said "I love my home and do not want to move"Only thing I would change for the tenant is update the lease she has another child and lease has 2 adults and 2 children.

if you have a 3bd, then up to 6 people could live there.THere are a few other qualifying things such as gender of children, disabled child etc. etc. that may allow the tenent to have 1 child in his own bdrm but I'm not sure how sec 8 qualifies that.

I have friends how have gone through med school and decided they wanted to stay at home after having a child.
