The main issue for the  plains  for  insurance is hail ,and wind damage very few tornadoes .

Largely due to fortuitous timing and just plain luck.  

That actually isn't a big deal and to blame the board is just plain stupid.If the reserves are short then you have owned without paying enough in which means a free ride  during that time.

LVT just plain works.But have you considered sealed or stained concrete if the slab is concrete.

Normal renting is either because people have bad credit, job uncertainty (eg might be moving etc), young and not wanting to be tied to a mortgage, or just plain stupidity.

Despite that, I don't cold call prospects for my Real Estate Business because, plain and simple, it doesn't work.Create a funnel with a extremely valuable free giveaway.

Thanks Robert.Saying every lot in Lehigh acres isn't in a floodplain is a bit misleading. the reason most the homes aren't is because they are raised above the floodplain by builders and removed with a FEMA app. we do the same thing in columbus. land typically sits at or below the floodplain and is driven by FEMA maps you are right but you need to look at each independent lot location. unless I'm wrong, not one lot in Lehigh acres is in a flood plain?

It scares the hee bee gee bees out of me to think of all the business We do involving large sums of money with people we never see or meet, and this gal was able to pull this off in plain view. good credit, back ground check and all.

I didn't read every comment to this post, at the risk of repeating what others have said, that house is plain old ugly on the outside, it looks like two different houses interior vs. exterior.
