They're trying to build a streetcar line and install bike lanes after the fact, which is cool but is upsetting a lot of residents.Glendale has nice pockets, but has a bad reputation.  

Even these days there is inflation so things cost more.I am not saying you should raise the rates ini a way that intentionally upsets the tenants.

If you're making offers on private seller deals, you'll want to be more careful, as private sellers will certainly be more upset about you backing out than a bank will be.So, tread carefully.

Giving families 3 days to find another place with no legitimate reason is upsetting to me especially if the tenants were loyal with paying their rent every month.
