If they have a survey get it, if they don't have a survey done.

You're ignoring the fact that the results from every survey ever taken shows the number one thing that causes family problems is financial problems.

But wanted to bounce it off the forum anyways....When trying to sell a rehabbed house, would it be a good idea to give potential buyers who viewed the house a quick survey on what they liked / didn't like about the rehab?
