I have to agree with Shaun.As an extender, if by "over" we refer to consumers, policy agents and lenders alike returning to the unsound speculative practices which caused this "hiccup" I say the lesson needs to finally take hold.This is totally unforseen.

If your goal is to hold the property for at least 10 years, then you should buy more.I think dip of 10%+ in the prices will be a great problem for people who are speculating.
