These fences are generally rented by the week or month, often not paid for up to date, and often have a large cost for them to remove it.Also make sure title does a check for lawsuits related to injury that may attach to the house.

If the bees die as a result you could be setting yourself up for a civil lawsuit for causing injury to your neighbors personal property.I don't think there's much you can do except wait for the neighbor to move and learn a lesson from this.

What is happening is that I can find a good priced condo in Stamford, CT but the area is not that great, but the taxes and HOA is low as well.While in other areas, like New Rochelle, NY or Great Neck, NY, the prices a bit higher but the taxes are way up there?

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.
