Really, my cell phone has an appointment list to the day, even an alarm to remind me.

For me I have probably owned no less than 30 to 40 cars through my lifetime.. all the high end ones save a Ferrari or lambo.. some used ( Porsche) most new though as I was in my earlier years selling Ranch and very Rural real estate in N> CA.. so the thought of having a break down 30 miles into the national forest with no cell service and clients in your car was not one I wanted to risk or entertain..

Every tenant has my cell phone number and I think each correspondence is an opportunity to impress your tenants. 

We had multiple 1000 acre projects going in the San Martin and Gilroy area the foothills on the eastern side of the valley.. the 1989 quake and WAR put a big fat halt to those...

This seems to make more sense as we could probably pull out some of that $500K cash we already have in the property (although likely leave in a fat downpayment of 200K-300K).

Thankfully the park should have great cell and internet service since it's on the edge of town.

This is why many developers and other companies (e.g. cell-phone companies) send a stacked team of lawyers and experts to these hearings when they request a variance.
