The activities of wife with respect to the rental properties included, among other things, cleaning common areas, collecting coins from washing machines, performing repairs at the properties, communicating with tenants, collecting and depositing rent, maintaining insurance policies, purchasing materials for the properties, as needed, paying bills and keeping books and records for tax accounting purposes.

I'm just a bit concerned that this will be connected to the line under the sink as opposed to a dedicated washing machine line. 

Something like a Maytag Duet would be great, but also around 800/per machine.

I like to add a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and/or laundry machines if they aren't there.

I was going to post, but MikeOH stole my thunder :mrgreen: To this list, let's add: Not treating the management side of the business professionally-- things like having a seperate phone, answering machine, letterhead and a dispassionate, "this is just business and you're trying to argue with a wall" speaking voice.

We have a 'key style' box on most of our washing machines, and they seem to be inserting something in these and levering the heck out of them to break them loose...We replaced a few boxes this month (for about $100 a piece) and they did the same again.

My rentals dont have washing machines.
