I do agree that most of Arizona's public school systems are  enormous and struggle to educate a very diverse population.

Yes, they may have some potholes and no, they probably won't be Amazons final choice but there is no doubt that the city has a diverse, vibrant and growing economy making it an excellent investment market for cash flow.

That market caters to a diverse group of people alot of which work out side of town. median home prices are $302k right now.

Just make sure the market you select has diversity in the economy and a population growth.
