Yes, the appreciation, although I did not want to mention it since it is pure speculation, but yes, the area seems to be going up steadily, with a projected growth 6.2% next year, and seems to have been that way for a while (including the bounce back time or course).

Yeah, it trashes your credit score when you max them all out at once like I did, but once it's all paid back, the credit score bounces back too.  

At the end of the day I think you will have no problem bouncing back.

Not only does it give you a better rate than going straight to a larger carrier, the agent becomes a knowledgeable part of your team that can educate you and bounce questions off of.

I've bounced around CPA's the first couple years and looking to know if there is CPA you have worked with that understands our business and provided you with solid advice as well as helped to minimize the taxes you payed out.
