I would be very annoyed at a landlord who didn't lay down the law and keep it nice and smoke free for everyone else.

He works for the city that the property is located in and constantly keeps watch on the place throughout the day which is definitely annoying considering if I'm there doing something outside, he has to stop and ask what I'm doing...

I wouldn't evict a friend or family member, unless they become annoyance and situation get out of hands.

They remind me aloft a lazy agent that was so annoyed while being at the house that just pushed the room door open   and snapped a pic.
