If you're looking for lower priced homes, Fountain Square can be pretty good if you're very careful, As @Shawn Holsapple said, @Ryan Mullin knows this area well.

@Shawn Holsapple that might work, I wasn't sure how much that would complicate closing since part of our offer is that we'll buy them all to make it an easy transaction.

I agree with Shawn Q start talking to lenders to see what kind of house you can afford.
