In one town I rent in the police dept. has inspections every couple years.

I don't know of it really being policed, but if you're a repeat offender, I'm sure you'd eventually get a cease and desist.

Hey guys, I'm a local investors in Palm Beach County Florida and just got a call from the Palm Beach police department on my bandit signs.

He can then see who the culprit is, and report it to the police with video evidence. 

Phone the non-emergency number for the police and ask them what to do.

If you do not refund the balance of my deposit or send proof of payment for the remaining materials as good faith towards you completing the project before Monday April 1st at 5pm, I will be forced to file a civil complaint, report you to the police and request that they investigate the situation and file criminal charges for theft, fraud and anything else they determine is applicable.

Tenant was told by police to file a restraining order, but they're just leaving. 

@Mark John you already saw my comments, east of ocean definitely nicer IMO too. im trying to piece together developments and whats going on, but hard to say. one thing i did notice is the police activity has really amplified - its either a real bad or real good sign. in the middle of my street there were actual gang houses, now they are all vacant.. i think spring/summer buying frenzy will bring in a lot of new residents into Greenville. every contstructor that came to do work at my place said its a good buy. see big new buildings being built right around the mcdonalds next to highway 78 and there are other big new developments after the Bergen Lafayette bridge when you drive in from JC downtown.

Just like you don't talk to police, don't  talk to your tenant, without legal advice.
