If a state's legislation regarding the security deposit, not your lease, allows either party to sue for actual damages (most states do), you can forget it.  

What I want in my buildings in these uncertain times are people that are on my side, and people in a position to help the next person out too.

The city has a reputation for liberal judges legislating from the bench and free legal offices ready to fight evil landlords.

I'm not selling because it doesn't make sense to go all in or get all out on an educated guess when the outlook is this uncertain.

All thing mixed in motivated sellers, hesitant buyers and uncertain economic enviornment should help for buyers market.

They pass legislation that "forces" cities to build more housing by relaxing zoning laws.
